I'm Hannah.  I'm a Brooklyn based illustrator and designer.  I love the unusual and try my best to make the world a little bit weirder everyday.

I grew up in Cincinnati and attended the DAAP fine arts program at the University of Cincinnati.  Following that, I spent many formative years in Chicago.  I returned to school at the Savannah College of Art and Design for a MFA in Illustration.

As a child, my mother had shelves upon shelves of picture books that I spent many hours reading.  I know that is what sparked my love of illustration.  I now have a growing collection of my own picture books that I constantly take inspiration from.

I do work in many mediums, but my true love is pen and ink.  I have a lot of respect for traditional methods of making art.  There are few things in life quite as satisfying as being able to hold a finished piece.

I do print work, textile design, editorial, picture book, animations, commercials, promotional art, stationary, character design, and just about anything else I can think of.
